Earlier, the Ministry of Finance, vide Notification No. GSR 381(E) dated June 27, 2006, specified a list of agencies required to share information with the Enforcement Directorate (ED), the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), and other investigative agencies under the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA). Now, the Central Government has expanded the scope of PMLA by including the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre in the list of agencies.
