The Government of India, vide. Gazette Notification S.O. 2134(E) dated May 06, 2022 has extended the validity of the Udyog aadhar memorandum from 31st March, 2022 to 30th June, 2022. In line with the same RBI has clarified that the documents obtained for ascertaining the investment in plant & machinery for MSME classification will also be valid till 30th June, 2022.
