Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/99, Dated 09.11.2022
SEBI has amended the SEBI (FPIs) Regulations, 2019, whereby it has reduced the Registration fees of FPI categories I & II to US $2500 and US $250, respectively. Earlier, it was $ 3000 and US $300. Also, the regulatory fees of US $ 1000 have been reduced to US $ 800. Also, Amendments in the SEBI (FVCI) Regulations, 2000 has been notified through which Application and registration fees have now been reduced from $2500 & $10000 to $2100 & $8500.
