Notification No. 43/2015-2020 dated November 9th, 2022
The DGFT has issued notification to notify amendments in Foreign Trade Policy to permit invoicing, payment and settlement of export proceeds in INR as per RBI Circular. Similarly, the public notice is also issued to notify required amendments in Handbook of Procedures. These amendments shall be applicable with immediate effect.
