Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/121, Dated 07.02.2023
The SEBI has notified the SEBI (Payment of Fees and Mode of Payment) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023. On time to time basis, various fees are to be paid to the SEBI under various regulations. The amendment has been bought into various regulations w.r.t fees to be paid to the SEBI.
The SEBI specified that the fee can be paid by way of direct credit into the bank account through NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or online payment using the SEBI Payment Gateway or any other mode as may be specified by the Board from time to time. This shall come into force on 01.04.2023.
