SEBI amends LODR norms w.r.t disclosure of holding of specified securities

Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/2022/92, Dated: 30.06.2022

The SEBI has amended regulation 31 of LODR which deals with Disclosure of holding of specified securities in Demat form. Accordingly, in the disclosure of public shareholding, names of the shareholders holding 1% or more than 1% of shares of the listed entity is to be disclosed, and names of the shareholders who are persons acting in concert, if available, shall be disclosed separately. Circular shall come into force with effect from the quarter ending September 30, 2022.
