Notification No. 30/2022-Customs Dated May 24th, 2022
The Government has issued notification to exempt Crude Soya-bean oil & Crude Sunflower Seed Oil from levy of Customs Duty & AIDC. This exemption is available on import of Crude Soya-bean oil & Crude Sunflower Seed Oil up to TRQ quantity of 20 Lac MT per financial year and the TRQ authorization shall be issued electronically by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade and transmitted to ICES system. This notification shall be effective from May 25th, 2022 and will remain applicable till 31st March, 2024.
