Notification No. 10/2015-20 Dated May 24th, 2022
The DGFT has amended the export policy of Sugar and now the export of Sugar has been put under Restricted Category with effect from June 1st, 2022 up to October 31st, 2022.
Currently, the export of Sugar is under Free Category and it will be under Restricted Category from June 1st, 2022 except fixed quantity of sugar being exported under CXL and TRQ quota to USA and EU.
