MCA Introduces the Web Version of Form No. RD-1 on V3 Portal

The MCA has notified the Companies (Incorporation) Second Amendment Rules, 2023. With this amendment, the MCA has introduced Web Form RD-1 i.e., the form used for filing an application to the Central Government (Regional Director) on the V3 Portal. The web form now includes a new purpose, namely the ‘Notice of approval of the scheme of merger in CAA-11’. Further, the form has been updated to include details of the transferor company, specifying the CIN and name of the company.
