IFSCA grants extension to India International Clearing Corporation Limited in respect of contracts in securities

Notification no. No. IFSCA/2020-21/India ICC/126. Dated: 23.12.2021

After considering the application for grant of renewal of recognition under Regulation 12 of the International Financial Service Centres Authority (Market Infrastructure Institutions) Regulations, 2021, in the interest of trade ann, the public interest, The International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) has granted renewal of recognition to India International Clearing Corporation (IFSC) Limited. This renewal is valid for one year, commencing on the 29th day of December 2021 and ending on the 28th day of December 2022 in respect of contracts in securities subject to compliance with conditions specified by IFSCA by Clearing Corporation.
