IFSCA's Procedure for Authority Meetings

Notification No. IFSCA/GN/2024/007.; Dated: 20.08.2024

IFSCA has notified IFSCA (Procedure for Authority Meetings) (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. A new regulation 9A w.r.t ‘Invitees at the meeting’ has been introduced. It states that Chairperson may invite any person whose presence at a meeting is desired for his advice or consultation, upon prior intimation to other members.

Further, no person except Chairperson or the person authorised by him must give information to the press or any other public media on matters relating to the working of the Authority and decisions taken at the meetings.
