Notification No. IFSCA/GN/2024/010, Dated: 14.10.2024
The IFSCA has notified an amendment to the IFSCA (Registration of Insurance Business) Regulations, 2021. The key amendments include omitting certain forms, such as FORM-A, FORM-B, FORM-C, and FORM-D in the First Schedule and FORM-A and FORM-B in the Fourth Schedule. Further, the reinsurance business participant must now opt for the category as per Regulation 5(2)(A) of the IRDAI (Re-insurance) Regulations, 2018.
