Validity of FCRA Registration certificates

Public Notice no. II/21022/23(22) /2020- FCRA-III, Dated: 31.12.2021

The Central Government, in the public interest, has further extended the validity of FCRA registration certificates up to 31st March 2022 or till the date of disposal of the renewal application, whichever is earlier. The Govt. clarified that an extension facility is available only for such entities whose registration is expiring between 29th September 2020 and 31st March 2022 and such entity has applied or apply for renewal on the FCRA portal before the expiry the of validity of their registration certificates.
