Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess; import of Lentil

Notification No. 44/2022-Customs dated July 23rd, 2022

The CBIC has extended the exemption from the levy of Agriculture Infrastructure and Development Cess on import of Lentil (Mosur) falling under HSN 0713 40 00 till 31st March, 2023.

Earlier, the exemption was granted till 30th September, 2022 and now amendment has been made in Notification No. 49/2021-Customs, dated 13th October, 2021 to extend this exemption till 31st March, 2023.
