Notification No. 47/2015-2020 Dated December 20th, 2021
The DFGT has notified the Annual SCOMET Update 2021 of ITC(HS) Classification of Export & Import items. This notification shall be effective from January 19th, 2022 to provide transition time to the industry. The updated Appendix 3 (SCOMET Items) to Schedule 2 of ITC (HS) Classification of Export & Import items would be uploaded on the web portal DGFT under heading “Regulatory Updates”.
