Circular No. RBI/2024-25/32 A. P. (DIR Series) Circular No. 04, Dated: 03.05.2024

The RBI has updated the directions on reporting of OTC foreign exchange derivative contracts and foreign currency interest rate derivative contracts to the Trade Repository of Clearing Corporation of India Ltd. Now, Authorised Dealers should forward details of option transactions (FCY-INR) and total outstanding foreign currency borrowings undertaken on a weekly basis through CIMS/email by the first working day of the following week, instead of 10th of next month.
