In pursuance of Banking Regulation Act, 1949, the RBI has notified that ‘Tumkur Pattana Sahakara Bank Niyamitha’, Tumkur, Karnataka has ceased to be a co-operative bank within the meaning of Banking Regulation Act, and thereupon all the provisions of Act applicable to such co-operative bank shall cease to apply to it, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such notice.
