Notification No. 39/2022-Central Excise dated November 16th, 2022
The CBIC has issued notification to reduce Special Additional Excise Duty on export of High Speed Diesel Oil. The Special Additional Excise Duty has been reduced from Rs. 11.5 per litre to Rs. 9 per litre. In this regard, amendment has been made in Notification No. 04/2022-Central Excise, dated June 30th, 2022.
