SEBI has implemented the Unified Distilled File Formats (UDiFF), reducing reporting formats for Trading Members, Clearing Members, and Depository Participants from over 200 to 23. This initiative promotes ease of doing business, enhances operational efficiency, and aligns with international standards. The UDiFF implementation has led to cost savings, seamless MII-member interface, and improved regulatory oversight, projecting savings of over INR 200 crore over the next five years.
