Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2023/117., Dated 17.01.2023
The SEBI has notified the SEBI (LODR) (Amendment) Regulations, 2023. An amendment has been made to the definition of ‘senior management’ under regulation 16 of LODR. Now, functional heads would also be included in the definition of senior management. Under the extant norms, functional heads were not covered in the definition. Further, a new clause w.r.t details of material subsidiaries of the listed entity including date, place of incorporation etc. has also been inserted.
