SEBI Specifies Detailed Disclosures to be Made Under Regulations 30 & 30A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123, Dated 13.07.2023

Earlier the SEBI modified Regulations 30 and 30A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Now, the SEBI has specified the detailed disclosures to be made under regulations 30 and 30A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Accordingly, the SEBI prescribed a list of details to be provided while disclosing events as outlined in Part A of Schedule III of the LODR regulations.

Further, the SEBI has provided guidance on determining when an event/information can be said to have occurred for disclosures under Regulation 30 of the LODR and when a transaction is to be considered material. The circular shall be effective from 15.07.2023.
