SEBI Draft Circular; Dated: 14-02-2025
SEBI has issued a draft circular seeking public comments on proposed revisions to financial disclosure and compliance norms for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs). The proposals includes aligning period of disclosure of financial statements in the offer document with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations Framework for Calculation of Net Distributable Cash Flows etc. The Public can submit their comments by March 07, 2025.
