SEBI recognizes NDML as an ‘Accreditation Agency’ under AIF regulations

The SEBI has granted recognition to NSDL Database Management Limited (NDML), a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) as an Accreditation Agency under SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012. The recognition is granted for a period of 3 years with effect from May 10, 2022. SEBI further clarified that the renewal of the recognition would be subject to satisfactory performance by NDML.
