Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/33; Dated: 19.03.2025

SEBI has reduced the minimum application size for subscribing to Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments issued by Non-Profit Organizations on the Social Stock Exchange (SSE) from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 1,000. This decision is based on recommendations from the Social Stock Exchange Advisory Committee and public feedback on the Consultation paper dated March 07, 2025. This aims to enhance retail participation and improve access to social impact investments.
