Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/79, Dated 11.04.2022

SEBI has notified the SEBI (LODR) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2022. Regulation 54 has been amended requiring listed entities to maintain 100% security cover or higher security cover sufficient to discharge the principal and interest. The extant Regulation 54 requires a listed entity to maintain 100% asset cover or higher asset cover sufficient to discharge the principal amount for the non-convertible debt securities.
