SEBI has launched its Virtual Assistant (SEVA) – an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based conversion platform for investors. The Beta version of the chatbot includes features like citations for generated responses, speech-to-text and text-to-speech functionality for accessibility etc. The chatbot is presently enabled to answer questions regarding general information on the securities market, grievance redressal process, etc. The beta version is available on SEBI’s investor website and SAARTHI mobile app.
