Bharat Ka Share Bazaar pavilion

1. Overview

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) inaugurated its special pavilion titled “Bharat Ka Share Bazaar” at the India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2025 on November 14, 2025, at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi.

The initiative aims to help visitors understand India’s stock market, learn about safe and informed investing, and experience the functioning of capital markets through interactive displays.

2. Objective of the Pavilion

The pavilion is designed to:

  • Promote financial literacy and investor awareness,
  • Educate the public about how India’s securities market operates, and
  • Encourage responsible participation in investing and trading.

Through engaging and informative modules, the initiative seeks to build trust and confidence among first-time and retail investors.

3. Key Features

The “Bharat Ka Share Bazaar” pavilion includes:

  • Live demo zones showcasing market operations, trading platforms, and investment processes,
  • Interactive learning stations explaining investor rights, grievance redressal, and risk management, and
  • Educational activities designed to make financial learning easy, engaging, and experiential for visitors of all age groups.

4. Collaborating Institutions

To make the experience comprehensive, SEBI has partnered with leading market institutions, including:

  • Stock Exchanges  BSE and NSE
  • Depositories  CDSL and NSDL
  • Mutual Fund and Investor Education Bodies  AMFI and NISM
  • Commodity Exchanges  NCDEX and MCX
  • Registrar & Transfer Agents CAMS and KFin Technologies

These collaborations ensure that visitors gain a 360° view of India’s financial ecosystem—from trading and depository services to mutual funds and commodities.

5. Event Duration

The pavilion is open from November 14 to November 27, 2025, allowing visitors to explore the world of finance and investments throughout the duration of the India International Trade Fair 2025.

SEBI’s initiative underscores its continued efforts to:

  • Enhance investor education,
  • Promote informed decision-making, and
  • Foster a culture of financial inclusion and market participation across the country.
