To enhance investor awareness regarding interactions with KYC Registration Agencies (KRAs) for availing various investor service requests, SEBI has introduced a draft Investor Charter for KRAs. The proposed charter outlines key information, including the services offered by KRAs, rights of investors, responsibilities of KRAs, dos and don’ts for investors, and the grievance redressal mechanism. Comments and suggestions on the draft may be submitted by April 25, 2025.
