SEBI has notified SEBI (Investor Charter) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025, mandating compliance with the Investor Charter across 19 key financial regulations, including Stock Brokers, Mutual Funds, and Portfolio Managers, among others. Each entity is required to align its operations with the Investor Charter guidelines issued by SEBI periodically.
