SEBI High-Level Committee

PR No.21/2025, Dated, 09-04-2025

SEBI has constituted a High-Level Committee (HLC) to review and strengthen policies on conflict of interest and disclosures for its Members and Officials. Chaired by Shri Pratyush Sinha, the six-member HLC will recommend measures for transparency, accountability, and ethics, including a recusal policy and public complaint mechanism. The HLC will submit its report within three months from the date of its constitution.
