SEBI extends relaxation to Cos from dispatching of physical copies of financial statements under LODR

Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/001, Dated 05.01.2023
The MCA vide Circular dated Dec 28, 2022, had extended the relaxations from dispatching of physical copies of financial statements due in the year 2023 (i.e. till September 30, 2023. Therefore, the requirement of submission of a hard copy of the statement containing the salient features of all the documents under Regulation 58 and Regulation 36 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 also been extended till 30th Sep 2023. This Circular shall come into force with immediate effect.
