SEBI enhances disclosures by CRAs to ensure the fair assessment of CRAs by investors

Circular no. SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD2/P/CIR/2022/113, dated: 25.08.2022

In order to facilitate enhanced transparency and to ensure the fair assessment of CRAs by investors, the SEBI has enhanced the disclosures to be made by CRAs. The enhanced disclosures includes disclosures by CRAs on their websites under various SEBI circulars should be provided in excel/machine-readable format, and an archive of disclosures should be maintained by CRAs on their website, for at least 10 years etc.
