SEBI designates ICICI bank for foreign inward remittance of various payments

Circular No: SEBI/HO/IMD/FPI&C/CIR/P/2022/84, Dated 21.06.2022

The SEBI has modified the operational guidelines for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs), Designated Depository Participants (DDPs) and Eligible Foreign Investors w.r.t bank account details. Now, the SEBI has specified ICICI bank account details for foreign inward remittance of various payments of SEBI fees in the USD.

Earlier, the Bank of India was specified for making remittances of various payments. The Circular shall be effective w.e.f June 24, 2022.
