1. SEBI Publishes Annual Report for FY 2024-25


The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has officially released its Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25. This statutory report is a key regulatory disclosure mandated under the SEBI Act, 1992. It serves as an important source of information for policymakers, market participants, and the public, reflecting SEBI’s regulatory approach and priorities during the year.

2. Statutory Submission to Government and Parliament


As per legal requirements, the Annual Report is formally submitted to the Government of India and subsequently tabled before the Parliament. This process ensures transparency and accountability in SEBI’s operations, enabling lawmakers to assess the regulator’s performance, policy initiatives, and enforcement actions over the financial year.

3. Compliance with Prescribed Format
