Notification No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2022/62. Dated 14.01.2022
SEBI notifies SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) (Amendment) Regulations, 2022. Amendment has been made to Reg. 4, 5, 9, 13, 15, 26, 31, 33 and to Schedule I and Schedule II of the SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018. The SEBI has included “Restraining from accessing the securities market and/or prohibiting from buying, selling or otherwise dealing in securities, directly or indirectly and associating with securities market in any manner for a specific period” as a non –monetary terms u/r 9(2).
