Trade Notice No. 16/2022-23 dated September 6th, 2022
The DGFT has issued a trade notice to provide that the exporting firms who have issued scrips under RoSCTL Scheme for exports/shipping bills up to December 31st, 2020 are required to upload e-BRCs latest by September 30th, 2022. Notably, the rebate under RoSCTL Scheme is subject to the receipt of exports proceeds within the time allowed under the FEMA regulations. It is also provided that after September 30th, 2022, no further extension would be granted.
