Notification No. 43/2015-2020 Dated November 22nd, 2021
The Directorate General of Foreign Trade has issued notification to amend the policy conditions governing the import and export of Rough Diamonds. Now, it has been provided that the import and export of Rough Diamonds shall not be permitted unless the concerned exporter or importer is registered with Gems & Jewellery EPC.
