Rajasthan GST dept. directs taxpayers to correctly declare details of ineligible ITC in GSTR-3B

GST Circular no. 1/2022 Dated April 5th, 2022
The Rajasthan GST department has observed that certain taxpayers have not disclosed ineligible ITC in GSTR-3B return which might have culminated in short transfer of IGST funds to State. Now, the department has issued guidelines to direct taxpayers to correctly declare details of ineligible ITC and blocked ITC in GSTR-3B returns.
In this regard, circular has been issued by the department and taxpayers must ensure that guidelines of this circular to be followed precisely and GSTR-3B returns of subsequent period should be filed correctly.
