Instruction No. 29/2022 dated October 28th, 2022
The CBIC has issued instruction to prescribe the procedure for identification of parboiled rice variety of CTH 1006.30.10 which attracts Nil rate of duty at the time of export so as to distinguish other varieties which are dutiable. This procedure shall be adopted for confirming the correctness of declaration.
