The Justice (Retd.) R.M. Lodha Committee (in the matter of PACL.) had initiated the process of refund to investors of PACL Ltd. As on this date, the Committee has successfully effected refunds in respect of a total number of 20,84,635 eligible applications with outstanding (principal) amounts upto Rs.19,000/- aggregating to Rs.1021.84 crore.
