To promote ease of living and compliances for MSMEs doing business through LLP, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the deadline for LLPs to file Form 8 (Statement of Account and Solvency) for Financial Year 2020-2021 until December 30, 2021, in response to LLPs’ representations about the challenges they are facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
