Notification No. IBBI/2022-23/GN/REG97 dated 20-09-2022
The IBBI has modified the IBBI (Insolvency Professionals) Regulations, 2016. As per the amended norms, an individual enrolled with an Insolvency Professional Agency as a professional member may make an application for registration along with an application fee of Rs. 20,000 to the Board. Earlier, the fees was Rs. 10,000. Further, a fee of Rs, 2 lakh shall be paid by Insolvency Professional Entity, every 5 years after the year in which the certificate is granted.
