No late fees for filing of GSTR-4

Notification No. 07/2022 –Central Tax Dated 26th May, 2022

The CBIC has amended the Notification No. 73/2017–Central Tax, dated 29th December, 2017 to waive off late fees for delay in filing of Form GSTR-4 of FY 2021-22 from 1st May, 2022 till 30th June, 2022.

The due date for filing of Form GSTR-4 of FY 2021-22 by the composition dealers was 30th April, 2022. Now, the late fees has been waived off till 30th June, 2022 and in this regard, notification has been issued.
