NCLAT does away with the Filing of Hard Copies of Appeals/Interlocutory Applications/Reply/Rejoinder

e-filing in the NCLAT

Notification F.No. 10/37/2018-NCLAT, Dated 15.05.2023

The Appeals/Interlocutory Applications /Reply /Rejoinder etc. are being e-filed in the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) through the e-filing portal w.e.f. 04.01.2021. Now, the NCLAT has directed that the filing of hard copies of Appeals/Interlocutory Applications/Reply/Rejoinder etc. shall not be mandatory with immediate effect. Earlier, it was mandatory to file hard copies of Appeals, Interlocutory Applications, etc.
