MHA Widens Form FC-4 | Now Foreign Cos Must Disclose Both Movable & Immovable Assets Created From Foreign Contributions

Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules; Form FC-4

Notification No. G.S.R. 683(E), Dated: 22.09.2023

The Ministry of Home Affairs has notified an amendment to the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Rules, 2011. An amendment has been made to Form FC-4. In Form FC-4, two new clauses (ba) and (bb) have been inserted.

Clause (ba) shall contain details of movable assets created out of foreign Contributions as on 31st March of FY. Whereas, clause (bb) shall contain details of immovable properties acquired out of foreign contribution as on 31st March of FY. The amended rules shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
