MCA provides the facility for physical submission of GNL-2 & MGT-14 during the transition from V2 to V3 portal

General Circular No. 02/2023, Dated 09-01-2023

Earlier, the MCA had received representations for clarification on the filing of Form GNL 2 & MGT-14 between 07.01.2023 to 22.01.2023. Now, the MCA has clarified that these forms may be filed via physical mode with the concerned registrar duly signed by the concerned persons without payment of fees. However, such filing is to be accompanied by the undertaking that company will file the relevant form in electronic form, once the filing is enabled.

As clarified by General Circular No. 01/2023 dated 09.01.2023, no additional fees will be levied for the period during which the filing was disabled. The MCA has also prescribed the format of Acknowledgement along with the Circular.
