MCA has notified an amendment to the Companies (Significant Beneficial Owners) Rules, 2018. As per the amended norms, Form BEN-2 has been substituted with the new format for the MCA V3 Portal. The new format allows users to fill out a form to change an existing Significant Beneficial Ownership or update the particulars of existing Significant Beneficial Ownership under Section 90 of the Companies Act.
