The MCA received a representation requesting for an extension of time beyond 30.09.2022 for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC and web-form DIR-3 KYC WEB without payment of a fee. Accordingly, the MCA has decided to allow the filing of e-form DIR-3 KYC and web form DIR-3 KYC WEB without any payment of a fee up to 15.10.2022.
