Ministry of Corporate Affairs has notified amendment in Rule 12(1B) of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014. As per the amended norms, the deadline for filing Form CSR-2 for Financial Year 2023-2024 is extended from 31st December, 2024, to 31st March, 2025.
