Trade Notice 35/2021-2022 Dated February 24th, 2022

The electronic platform to facilitate issuance, renewal or amendment of Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) or Registration Certificate (RC) has been implemented.

Now, the DGFT has issued trade notice to provide that the filing and issuance of RCMC/RC through common digital DGFT portal will be mandatory from April 1, 2022. The prevailing procedure of submitting applications will continue only till March 31, 2022.
